All payments are processed securely by a third-party payment provider, and are protected by encryption. All sales are final and there are no refunds offered once the product is purchased. However, If a return or refund should be legally required, we will refund the value of your order via the payment method you originally used.

Delivery

Our goal is to provide you with the most efficient and cost-effective shipping possible. Our online store will automatically calculate the best shipping route and the rate to your destination. Our goal is to ship your candles within 48 hours upon receiving your order. Orders placed after business hours or on the weekend maybe delayed by 24 to 48 hours.

Orders are not shipped on federal holidays. Orders are shipped Monday thru Wednesday to minimize time items are sitting in a USPS facility. All shipping times vary so you can expect your item to arrive 2-7 days.
